Genuine masterpieces
Three-dimensional
replicas of building façades and other structures. Hand crafted and hand painted
by rural artisans in Colombia, South America.
The texture
of the walls (front and sides) and of the roof is made in relief.
You will feel the bricks, stone or shingle with your eyes closed!
Unique;
no two units are exactly alike.
High quality
Each
replica is delicately crafted in ceramic and meticulously painted by the
artisans’ skillful hands. No two pieces are identical!
Our
goal is to ensure that each creation adequately portrays your building’s
façade and merits the Artesanos seal.
High
attention to detail is placed on the crafting of each product. The interpretation
and level of detail are carefully inspected by a master artisan, then by
Artesanos, and finally by the customer. Once the approval from the customer
is received, the manufacturing process starts.
Each
piece is hand cast, then fired in temperature-controlled ovens and lastly
hand polished. Once the raw piece is inspected and ready, it goes to
the painters.
Each
ceramic piece is individually painted by hand and then a protective coat
is applied to make your memories last longer!
Convenient
All
pieces are custom imprinted in the back. The name of the building
and the city and state are usually included, but other information
will be added upon request.
Each work
of art can be hung on a wall or laid on a table.
Pieces
are between 4” and 7" wide and 1” and 2” deep.
The height is proportional to the width.
While
most of our products replicate the façade of a building,
we are able to create masterworks of complete buildings (four
sides plus the roof), emblems, altars, and statues, to name a
few. In our Galleria
you can admire all these kinds of replicas.
Each item
is individually wrapped, then boxed and cased in a sturdy carton.
Imprinting smartly
Stained
glass windows, signs, plaques, and other peculiarities can be
reproduced in full detail on your replica. This is attained by
gracefully marrying a state of the art printing process with proficient
craftsmanship.
